FAQ - Machine not starting? Here’s what to check first

It can be frustrating when your machine won’t start—especially when everything seems to be in order. But don’t worry, in most cases, the solution is quick and simple.

1. ECO-Mode
Check if your machine is in ECO-Mode. If you want more information about how to wake up your machine from ECO-Mode, check out this post.

2. Inspect the Water Tank
Make sure the water tank is filled and correctly positioned. A low water level can stop the machine from starting to prevent damages.

3. Check the Float
At the bottom of your water tank, there’s a small device called a float. If it’s stuck or not in the proper position, the machine might not recognize the water level correctly. Adjust it according to your machine’s design. You can find the details in the machines user manual.
